Ground Floor

With plenty of natural light through grade level windows, half of HomeWorks House foundation level will be dedicated to administrative offices. This will create further cost savings and ensure there is a direct sync between admin and House operations. The other 50% will contain another casual lounge, a laundry room, and a health room.

Health Room

To insure privacy for anyone not feeling well, a separate health room will allow for treatment and additional support of scholars.

Given our residential model, a permanent house was always part of the HomeWorks Trenton strategic plan. Through friendships and networks, Natalie met Josh Zinder, founder of JZA+D. Josh’s introductions accelerated our housing plans.
