HomeWorks Trenton Welcomes New Members to its Board of Directors

TRENTON, NJ - HomeWorks Trenton is pleased to announce the addition of new members to its Board of Directors in the past year.
The new board members bring a wide range of experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. They have been leaders in the real estate, corporate, philanthropy and finance industries committed to furthering HomeWorks’ mission of equipping high school girls from marginalized communities with tools and confidence to become successful leaders.

Randall W. Larrimore arrives at HomeWorks with a host of executive and directorial experience. He was the president and CEO of United Stationers, Inc. until his retirement in 2002. Randall was also President and CEO of MasterBrand Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Fortune Brands, Inc. (formerly American Brands, Inc.) from 1988, and served as Chairman and CEO of the Master Lock Company and Chairman of Moen Incorporated. From 2002 to 2019, he was a Director of Campbell Soup Company. Randall has worked for companies including Pepsi-Cola Italy, McKinsey & Company, and Richardson-Vicks. He resides in Princeton, NJ, and Bethany Beach, DE. He is currently the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Chesapeake Conservancy and a Trustee with the Nassau Club in Princeton, NJ.
He says that he is “excited to be joining the board of HomeWorks so I can help change the lives of many young scholars as they navigate systemic barriers."

Lucy Milligan Wahl is a small business owner, investor, and philanthropist based in San Francisco. Lucy is the founder of LMW Edits, a San Francisco-based boutique professional organizing company founded in 2014 that focuses on common sense solutions for modern urban living. For 9 years Lucy served on the board of CounterPulse, a performing arts venue and incubator in San Francisco. On the fundraising committee, she initiated CounterPulse’s now annual fundraising gala, and finished her term as Board Chair, overseeing the completion of CounterPulse’s $7M capital campaign. When she’s not organizing, speaking, or strategizing, Lucy volunteers as Assistant Director of the National Ski Patrol at Alpine Meadows Palisades Tahoe.

George Gnad has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He began his career as a credit trainee on the banking side and rose to become Head of U.S. Real Estate for a major New York City–based bank before moving to the advisory side as a capital markets broker. In 2020, George founded his own brokerage firm, Lenders-Cap, which has partners in Warsaw, Poland, and Miami. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than $5 billion in debt and equity transactions for many of the industry’s top names.
“I’m delighted to join the HomeWorks Board of Directors,” George says. “My goal is to support the expansion of new HomeWorks locations throughout New Jersey and beyond, helping to extend its impact to even more communities.”

Bill Hackett is a retired business executive with a career in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has held operating and finance positions in companies both large and small, including The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Bloomberg Financial Markets, and a series of smaller information management companies. Most recently Bill served as Chief Financial Officer at HomeFront, Inc., a local NFP supporting families experiencing extreme poverty and/or homelessness and as Director of Finance at A Step Up Academy, a K – 12 school for children with autism in Wyncote, PA.
Bill is excited to serve on the board of HomeWorks and is looking forward to the time ahead. “When I retired in 2025, I began to look for opportunities to continue to be a difference maker with organizations making a difference. When I was asked to consider joining the HomeWorks Board, I realized this was the call I was hoping for,” Bill says.

HomeWorks Trenton, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that combines the public school education with a boarding school experience to equip high school girls in marginalized communities to achieve economic freedom and become community leaders. By providing a space to explore and define their experiences, cultures, and identities, HomeWorks offers our scholars a chance to see that their ideas, visions, and presence are valid and relevant in this world.
