Hi, my name is Makayla! I am currently a scholar for HomeWorks. I'm going to be talking about my experience with HomeWorks so far.
So we have been staying at the Barn House in Gravity Hill. We have seen so many things with past week. I have learned how to plant broccoli and kale, and I tried different veggies and fruits that were in the garden.
So far my favorite part of HomeWorks is staying at the Barn with my HomeWorks sisters. Also, making the pizzas. That made me feel like I was a chef. I also liked making my own oil.
I highly recommend this program for teens 13-15, this was the best experience I've had so far. In the beginning I didn't like the program because I thought we were just going to do tutoring right after we got back from school. But HomeWorks is now growing on me.
