Late evening content moods in discussion

Hey everyone, I’ve been wondering about something and wanted your opinion. Do you think the kind of videos we choose at night reflects our mood, or does it actually shape it? I sometimes notice that after a long day I lose interest in energetic content and start looking for something slower without even deciding it. It feels automatic, like my brain switches modes depending on time. I’m curious if you experience the same thing or if you can freely watch anything at night and still feel the same.

I’ve been paying attention to this too lately and I definitely feel a strong difference in my evenings compared to daytime viewing. After work or study, I naturally shift toward calmer evening videos because they help me disconnect from constant input and give my mind space to slow down. It’s interesting how quickly the mood changes once I stop scrolling through fast content. Recently I came across

, which led me to explore more of this relaxed style

and it actually made my nights feel more balanced and less chaotic overall.
