Fan Noise Increased At Night

Lately the Aerospeed fan has become more noticeable at night because a light humming sound is now easier to hear at lower speeds. Airflow still feels normal, so I am not sure whether this is simple vibration, dust buildup, or normal wear. Has anyone had a fan get louder without losing performance, and what did you check first before considering a repair? I would like to know whether cleaning or tightening anything helped.

Fan noise is simpler to assess while airflow still feels normal and the sound appears mainly at lower speeds. Owners discussing aerospeed fans sometimes mention whether a similar hum came from dust, vibration, loose hardware, or ordinary wear and what simple maintenance helped. Listening at more than one speed makes the comparison clearer. Room acoustics can also make a small hum seem much stronger at night. Reviews are most useful when people describe both the noise and whether airflow stayed consistent during regular use.
