AI Content Changes Buyer Trust
Generative tools make it harder to tell whether a customer comment reflects a real experience or polished synthetic text. That changes how I read feedback before a larger purchase because wording, repetition, verified status, and company responses all become part of the trust check. I’d want to know which signals consumers now rely on most when they suspect AI-generated content and whether skepticism is changing where people research brands.

Synthetic comments make repetition and vague language easier for me to notice when I compare several reviews in a row. I connect Online review survey to the signals people may use when they suspect generated text, such as verified status, purchase details, posting patterns, and company responses. A single polished comment does not tell me much by itself. I prefer to see whether the same style repeats across many accounts or whether each review includes distinct practical details. That comparison helps me decide which feedback is worth more attention before a larger purchase.
