Water Temperature Drops Faster Now
Recently the Master Spas water temperature seems to drop faster between uses than it did earlier in the season. The settings have not changed, so I am trying to work out whether colder weather, the cover, or another part of the setup is the main factor. Has anyone had the same change and figured out what was causing the extra heat loss? It would help to know whether seasonal weather alone can explain the difference.

Faster heat loss is easiest to understand by comparing similar periods of use rather than one cold evening. I’d note outdoor temperature, wind, cover position, water set point, heater run time, and how much the temperature drops over the same number of hours. Colder weather alone can change the pattern, but a cover that no longer seals evenly can exaggerate it. A simple overnight comparison on two different days can separate weather effects from a setup change. That contrast brings master spas reviews closer to the actual ownership question: whether the seasonal drop is expected or whether insulation, cover condition, or another part of the setup deserves attention.
